GRC CUP request process keep loading and not responding

Hi,

When i try to approve the request and cancel the request,GRC CUP system not responding and keep loading.When basis team change jco/j2ee parameters then it works temporary again same issue.This issue is on and off.Every time java parameters has to set.we upgraded to SP 14 and sap notes applied and backend systems are sync to SP15 for rta files VIRSANH.Any solution,

Hi Mushu;

Make sure that CUP frontend and RTA should be at the same level.

Also Try adding the action CHANGE_USER action to your request type.
