Client requirement to map in SAP

Hello Gurus

One scenario of my client:

client: Pharma client, implementation

Requirement:

They have 4 plants, and 15 locations to sell the 2 brands; from these 15 locations.

Now they want to map it in sap.

The 15 locations can be depots or storage locations or any other organisational unit in sap.

There is tax in that country if they do STO between the depots.

they dont want that tax to pay, so they need to avoid but Stock transfer should happen between plants.

Stock should be valuated at plant level, and the track of material stock and mrp should be there.

How to map this in SAP with minimal organisational structure and easy to extend material between plants and storage locations.

Suggest me whether to use lean warehouse management and storage locations for that 15 locations, or to create a depot and 15 locations as C&F points or any other solution.

Suggest me how to map this organisational setup.

Hi,

Consider the 15 locations as Depots(plants in SAP) and do consignment sales process as you are speaking of stock transfer.

Better treat it as a plant instead of Depot since the transactions involved in Depot process is not a user friendly when compared to normal stock transfer.
