email id to shiptoparty

hi,

Could anybody share in which field i need to enter emailid to shiptoparty in master record so the output is automatically generated.

In partner determination we assign KU to SH. Do i need to maintain AP(contact person) instead of KU?

In output determination can anybody tell apart from following steps any thing need to be maintained

Dispatch time : need to maintain

Transmission Medium : need to maintain with the help of ABAPER

Partner Function : SH

Communication strategy : CS01

Hi Krishna,

I am not sure that is possible. As default it will take mail address from sold to party address from customer master and it will go. There is another after enter all the details of sales order just double click on partner functions and maintain the address to whom you want to send.Please post if more help need in this.
