Mobile Result Recording for Inspection Points( Equipment) in version 4.7

We are in enterprise 4.7 version. Currently we do not have a standalone ITS installed. Without an ITS ,is there any other way to record results for inspection using handheld device/ PDA. Kindly let me know If there is any other solution (configuration or custom development ) which can be used.

The ITS is the internet transaction server for SAP web browsing.

This means you can use SAP with web browser using desktop or mobile device.

If you want to interface any legacy(PDA included) without ITS, you need a middleware and development for PDA.
