Hi,
Check which schedule line your are determining in sales order under PROCUREMENT TAB.
Go to schedule line details by VOV6, and check TICK MARK is there for transfer of requirement,
also check for requirement class also,
IMG >> SD >> Basic Functions >> Availbility check and Transfer of requirement >> Transfer of requirement

I use Material with planning strategy 40 in MRP 3 with req type customer KSV,
Availability check is 02
I have checked the procurement tab in sales order , the RqTYpe is also KSV
The Schedule Line Category is CP
I checked in the Transfer of Requirement config where the Req Class is 50 where the Transfer Requirement is already tick
But, still the Customer Req doesnt generate in MD04
Anybody can help me?

Hello Marufat
I think you have done all the necessary checks in order such as:
1. Checked 40 strategy in material master.
2. Activation of Sc line category for flow of requirement
Now I suggest to check
3. The storage location it shouldt be blocked flag.
4. Put SOP requirements MD61 and thn
5. Run MRP to check wheter it bring VSF requirement.

Hi Marku
First of all check wheather Transfer of Reqt is checked in the schedule line or not. Secondly also check the Availability check configuration and also check what is the Checking rule
