Free goods

Hi gurus,

I have so many material groups. Each group having 5 sizes of material. For Ex: 75cm, 80cm etc.

I have maintained in VBN1 condition record for free goods.10+1 box through material group.

When I raise a sales order for particular size then it works properly, but when I am raising 10 boxes from multiple sizes then it doesnu2019t work.

EX: 75cm----2 boxes

80cm---3 boxes

90cm---5 boxes

Please tell me where & how I solve the problem?

What did you mean for material groups? It sounds like material type or material group in material master data?

Did you mean that if customer buy 10 box of 75cm size material, then they will get free additional one?

Above example looks like a combination of different size boxes...? So we need to go back to question 1... are they different material number? Or same material type with different material type in material master data...?

but general item category is NORM.

If customer purchase 10 box from any material group,which groups i maintain in VBn1then 1 box free.

Yes,combination of different sizes box.

Yes there are different material number,

Ex : FNCWN075,FNCWN080,FNCWN085

I think you would need to create new access sequence with material group...do you need details steps...?

Hi Jitu,

If u might have maintained condition records material wise like 75,85,90....and whn u have tested the system is responding the way you have maintained the condition records.But if u want to create a sales order 75=3,85=3,90=5 then the system will not consider this as 10 boxes of a single material.Pls check.
