alignment in pre-printed invoice

Hello,

We have devloped a pre-printed invoice(smart forrm). The output is perfect from our printer. But when the print out is taken from the clients end, there is mis-alignment. Please guide me on the issue.

HI,

If it will not sort out through printer setting then Abaper needs to adjust the page size of your form. for that Basis consultant will create a page format size which can be later used by abaper.

Thanks for your response.

we have tried to do it through printer settings.My printer is HP and the clients printer is koysera, do the standard settings vary from printer to printer.
