'BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN' error for activity milestone fixed date

Hi,

I am trying to use BAPI 'BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN' for saving 'Fixed Date' of activity milestone but while testing it is giving following error.

MESSAGE_ID MES M MESSAGE_TEXT

CN 401 E Maintain fixed date only or reference to activity

CJ 280 E Termination: Too many errors (more than 10% of methods)

CJ 36 E Data cannot be saved

Same BAPI is working for other fields like saving 'Actual Date'.
