Redetermine delivery item category without deleting the item

Hi there,

I have a problem where the outbound delivery item category was wrongly determined due to the wrong master data (item category group). After I have changed the item category group, is there any way to redetemine the item category by using maybe a SAP program?

Hi,

You can write a correction program to Redetermine the item Categories. For reference see the correction program "RVKEXPO1"

In Se38 go and input the program "RVKEXPO1" and see the code.Like wise do a correction program for determining delivery item category.

Input the Delivery and change the item Category and update the LIKP table.

If you do not have much complexities in Delivery then you can proceed with this correction program.

Does anyone know if there's any standard way of doing it rather than using a customized program?

No, you can not redermine the item cat with standard way, program - RVKEXPO1 is sap standard report. The program deletes for the specified delivery the characteristics which identify the delivery as an export and deletes any existing export data from the database
