Hi,

I have one issue. The user is trying to access the t-code XD01 and the user is trying to view the customer, when she is trying to view the customer , she can able to see only sales area data not company code data. Whereas in general we can see both company code and sales area data in the T-code : xd01. The user has authorization for the requested company code.

Hence please guide me to fix this issue.

What are the results of the SU53 or trace that you ran for the user during your basic diagnosis process?
