two packing instruction maintained -need to select during delivery

HI FRIENDS

i maintained two packing instruction in record. during packing i need to select the packing instruction .but the pop up is not appear during packing. where i make setting .

pls suggest me

In POF1 maintain the determination with SHIP along with the packaging instruction.
