Limit POs on confirmation pending POWL

Hi! I would like confirmation on the standard behaviour of this Confirmation Pending POWL in SRM7. Does it show all POs and not just restrict to the person who run the POWL? Can it be 'configured' to show only POs relevant to the user?

Hi SF,

I guess, unfortunately it is standard behaviour of SAP SRM. Anybody who has access to the workcenter for confirmation, he can confirm any purchase order irrespective of whether the PO belongs to him or not.

Thanks, I guess the minimum is to limit by the purchasing group through authorisation.
