Measuring document - Mean or Average Calculation

Hi,

My client wants to have average / mean value of the measuring document to be calculated on daily & monthly basis in the system.

As per standard we can have addition or subtraction of the value.

Is there any method to calculate the mean / average value of the reading on daily as well as monthly basis.
