Hello!

I have read a material from the forum:

I ask to explain me integration steps:

1. Whether interests it is possible standard means to unload the date of messages in XML file?

Then in external Service Desk to process this XML file.

2. Reverse process? External Service Desk -> Solition Manager Service desk.

I am interested in the implementation.
