System error in Adapter Engine

Yes as you guys pointed out there this error in due to failure in "JDBC messaage processing failed ,due to error processing request in sax Praser"

please suggest what needs to be done.

Hi Shankar,

You need to provide some info about the exception raised and the error messages so that we would be able to point out the issue and can update you on the solution.

System error occurs when the receiver system is down or not able to post the message.

there are many reasons you might get system error while processing stuck messages in AE.....

1) might be an issue with the receiver system (this is the main and common issues)

2) might be some issue with the payload...( sometimes msgs might be expecting response or some logic)

Check if there is any maintainence work or if the receiver system is down...

and please give us correct issue info....that will help us understand the issue better
