Hello,
we are using a DMS to save our outgoing invoices and other things. Now we are facing the problem that we don't have the licence to use the current DMS in the future and the licence is invalid.
We extracted the existing documents and metadata from the database. I am searching now for a way to migrate the data to a new content server but starting with the topic I have no clue where to start. During research I found transactions like OAWD and OAAD and the table TOA01.. TOADL. But this are only parts of the whole puzzle and maybe someone can give me advice on how to:
- Upload the existing files to the new CS
- Reassign the existing archivelink relations to the new CS
- What is the normal way to migrate the outgoing invoices from one CS to another?
It would be great if someone could bring some light into the darkness.
