Online backup with redolog failed on newly installed SAP server

Dear All,

Pls check the below log which was taken newly installed SAP server .

Backup got failed pls check below logs (Note : Kernal also upgraded and ORACLE_SID

ORACLE_HOME also set .

OFFLine with redolog Backup also we cant taken through DB13 .

We are taking backup through Disk , let me know which option i have to choose below for Archive.

-s Create the first copy of offline redo log files

-sd Create the first copy and delete

-ss Create the first and the second copy in parallel

-ssd Create the first, second copy in parallel and delete

-sc Create the second copy of offline redo log files

-scd Create the second copy and delete

-cs Create the second and the first copy serial

-cds Create the second copy, delete and the first copy serial

-ds Delete the offline redo log files after the first copy

-dc Delete the offline redo log files after the second copy

We are taking backup on Disk , let me know which option i have to choose below for Archive.

Its windows server ........

only the below directory is there D:\oracle\IBQ\oraarch ...

there is no D:\oracle\IBQ\oraarch/IBQarch

I know its windows server.

Do you know how to check the permissions for the folders.?

Please, check parameter log_archive_dest in initSID.ora

It's looks like strange:

1. Archive destination D:\oracle\IBQ\oraarch\IBQarch

2. only the below directory is there D:\oracle\IBQ\oraarch ...

there is no D:\oracle\IBQ\oraarch/IBQarch

3. BR0017E Offline redo log file 'D:\oracle\IBQ\102\RDBMS\ARC00310_0745348120.001' not found

Try to create subfolder IBQarch.

Where is arc* files are stored now?

Firstly update you brtools / Kernels they are well old....

Second what is your system details and how are you running this ?
