Purchase requisition available in APO but not available in R3

After upgrade of APO from 4.1 to 7.0 it was observed that some purchase requisitions are available in APO & not available in R3.Actualy Purchase requisitions are getting generaded in R3.

We ran the reconcillation report but the prs are not showing as difference .

Please let us know how to bring this PRS in sync.

Hi Subogh,

Hope you have checked the publication type after upgrade with correct release of R3 system. If there is some discrepancy in the publication type then CCR will not show any inconsistency.

Hi Subodh,

It is possible that after upgrade, you had PurRqs in APO and they were also again CIFed from R/3. (If you check GUID, for same date/qty you would have two records with different GUIDs - one with source system as APO and another with source system as R/3

To resolve this, I suggest you close CIF and delete PurRqs using /SAPAPO/RLCDELETE program (only in APO) and later open CIF and compare data again.

Please check if you have maintained distribution definitions using T.code /SAPAPO/CP1 and plant as an external procurement.

You say that the PR's are available in APO and not in R/3 and CCR does not recognize the inconsistency. The only possibility i can think of is , the material in question is not included in the PO/ Preq integration model. Check that and if it is not included in the active IM include it and then run the CCR
