system error in check_status_item (LBBP_MON_SCF51)

Hi All,

One user has created many shopping carts. And for some of the shopping cart when i try to view the description via monitor shopping cart, the error is popping up like "system error in check_status_item (LBBP_MON_SCF51)".

And Kindly note that the user who has created the above shopping cart didn't get deleted still now and also the user is mapped to the organizational structure and the shopping cart which i am trying to check already created the follow on document.

The scenario is Classic and the SRM version is 5.O.

Hi,

I would suggest you set a breakpoint in this form and debug the FORM CHECK_STATUS_ITEM to see what specific error is raised.

Any additional help provided here would be speculation!
