Dears,

We able archive, store and Delete of all the FI, Billing and Orders in development system but when we retrieval of Complete archival session able generate file in /usr/sap/trans but not able to see it in BKPF and BSEG Table.

Your helpful information is appreciated.

Hello,

You can see table level details for archived data via technical view option in Archive information system.

OSS notes are available to get the option of technical view for various business document.

Or

You can use Archive file browser transaction AS_AFB to check the table level of details from the archive session number.

Hi Kumar,

SAP keeps retrieval FI data in TXW_S_BKPF (Source table: BKPF) and TXW_S_BSEG (Source table: BSEG).

The retrieval tables are named using the first four characters from the name of the source table (the table in which the data resided before archiving) with the prefix TXW_S_.

Please check in above two tables for the retrieved data.

Dear Sujit,

Thanks for your quick responds....

First of all i am unable execute transaction of DART. It gives error "Transaction DART does not exist"

What could be reason... my system is ECC6.
