Additional Coding Mask in the system

Hi Experts,

We are using the existing coding mask to create the projects, but the level is restricted to somewhat upto 1 digit.

I m going to create new coding mask with the same PL (but Chars will be different), without deleting the existing one.

In my testing I didn't find any inconsistencies in creating the new projects with old and new coding masks.

Is there any other impacts on the system? please clarify.

Also put a validation for coding mask (project definition) and project profile so that user wont make mistakes.

Thanks a lot for your replies. This helps me a lot.

But in my current scenario, we are going with only one Project Profile, so this is not a problem and I did not check the SL, EDIT and ANo in my OPSK.

Please let me know any impacts.
