Hi there,

Does anyone have an idea or experience on calculating a percentage of picks that were not according to FiFo rules?

Our customer wants to know what our FiFo performance is.

From the transfer order data I do have the goods receipt date, but have no idea on how to calculate the % FiFo picks.

Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance!

Kind regards,

Tim

You have the quant data from TO and the GR date on the quant

From LQUA table, find the oldest quant as per GR date. If the quant that was picked in TO is same as the oldest quant in LQUA , that means picking as per FIFO.

So, based on this, you can calculated the % of FIFO pick for finding this info for every TO

Hi,

Thanks for the reply.

I understand that on quant level the GR date is available.

I forgot to mention I need this % FiFo of all movements in 2010.

The quants change every day and we do not keep a history.

I do have all transfer orders and GR dates of the HU's that were moved but do not know from that data how to calculate a FiFo %.

Maybe anyone knows of a different method?

KR,

Tim
