Travel Italy - check on trip duration versus receipt dates

Hi all

I have activated travel for Italy as a copy of Trip provision Variant 15 "Italy" But we have a problem that I have not seen in any of the other countries.

The problem is that we cannot assign a receipt with a date outside the trip duration period.

Does anybody know where I can change this?

Hi Dorthe

This check is in compliance with Italian state legislation and has been checked by country product management as standard has to comply with the provided legalities for each country so it is hard coded that you cannot circumvent this neccessary check for compliance for out of date receipt against trip duration.

The check is in the program SAPMP56T - CHECK_BLDAT_V_BELEG

Hi,

It is not possible at all to enter the receipt date which is not in the trip duration period.

The systems checks the start date and end date while you enter the receipt, if it is not within the period the system throws an error.
