Hi,
And I am back to trouble the experts!!
Anyway, I am facing an error where I have configured the alerts and Activated the alert rule.
When i trigger an error message, I am getting a mail in alert inbox which is of some other msg ID and is different from
the msg I have given.
Also, the other details like sender interface , receiver interface are not updated.
Why this is happening?

Can you check once again if you have done all the configurations mentioned in the blog below properly. Esp check for step 4 and 5:
