Message No. SF474 - Management TCODES Cannot be Called Directly

Hello Everyone,

Im facing a very strange issue in Development system with all users which is: I cannot add any favourite Item in Easy Access Menu but with same roles and profiles, it is working fine in Production System.

Error is:

Management transaction codes cannot be called directly

Message No. SF474

Favorites>Insert Transaction Option is Greyed out.

This is happening on all clients of Development System.

ALLOW_TCODE_START in table SSM_CUST value was set to NO. I changed it to YES.

It Resolved the Issue.

Please test whether the transactions are closed in the transaction SM01.
