We are using SRM 7 SP08 classic scenario.
I am trying to Switch-Off an Info message Purchase order is in the process of transfer to back-end system
using Message Control and followed below steps.
1. SM30
2. View BBPV_PDMSG
3. Created a new entry for BUS2201 BBP_PD 905 Purchase order &1 is in the process of transfer to back-end system
5. SPRO->SRM->SRM-Server->cross application basic settings->message control->influence message control.
6. Select shopping cart (BUS2201), double click on message control on the left hand side
7. Created a new entry with message class BBP_PD, number 905 and Type is - (Switch Off Message)
7. Save and finished.
But message still appears.
