Isue with IITS!

Hi Friends,

I have configured IITS on newly installed Netweaver 7.0 EHP2 System. When access the IITS page it immediately giving a message popup saying "This session terminated due to inactivity" and I am unable to access any thing.

With SSO activation I could able to login to the page but when I acces any thing getting error "this_ucf_form not set". Please help me with the issue resolution. What is new with EHP2 and what has been changed in the IITS configuration.

I think people usually call that integrated ITS not IITS, but mabye thats just me.

Have you done all needed configuration steps to get your webgui or other service activated?

Are you planning to use http or https?

Here is rundown of the steps

1. set profile parameters...

icm/server_port_0 = PROT=HTTPS,PORT=44300,TIMEOUT=30,PROCTIMEOUT=900

icm/server_port_1 = PROT=HTTP,PORT=80$$,TIMEOUT=30,PROCTIMEOUT=900

sec/libsapsecu = $(ssl/ssl_lib)

ssl/ssl_lib = $(DIR_EXECUTABLE)$(DIR_SEP)$(FT_DLL_PREFIX)sapcrypto$(FT_DLL)

login/accept_sso2_ticket = 1

login/create_sso2_ticket = 2

icm/HTTPS/verify_client = 0

ssf/ssfapi_lib = $(ssl/ssl_lib)

ssf/name = SAPSECULIB

icm/host_name_full = host.mycompany.com

Recycle sap for parameter changes

2. ensure sapcrypto files in place

3. set up ssl server pse in strustsso2

4. activate http or https or both services in smicm goto services

5. Enable SICF Services

Enable the following paths in sicfu2026

default_host/sap/public/bc/its/mimes

default_host/sap/public/bc/ur

default_host/sap/public/ping

Default_host/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui

You might have to enable others depending what you want to use. this is for webgui only.

6. update webgui service gui configuration parameters to add Add ~WEBGUI_ICON_TOOLBAR 2 which will make buttons appear vis words in webgui buttons.

7. publish internet services in se80. Since it is integrated ITS it will default to publish to this location. Earlier versions you must set your enironment to your ITS server.

select internet services, pull down and find system. it is displayed. right click on System object name and choose publish -- complete service.

then select internet services, webgui. right click on webgui object and choose publish --- complete service

Other services may be needed for services other than webgui.

8. Restart icm in smicm or recycle.

You should now be able to use http or https.

No, It is Integrated Internet Transaction Server (IITS).
