Material document not generaing after I Doc posting

Dear All,

I am Facing the following problem.

Everyday when we process the Idoc we find article document and billing document gets generated. But strangely for one I Doc we found only billing document created but no article document created.

Since there are many returns in the IDoc those did not update in the SAP.

What could be the possible reason for this and Please help me in solving the issue.
