not able to assign t-codes to the Role in ERM

Hello Experts,

I am involving the GRC 5.3 implimenttion and completed the ERM configuration successfully and tried to create a new role throgh GRC ERM, but whenever i try to do a search on Transactions for adding a new transaction code to new Role in ERM, the search result always returns with all t-codes and selected the required t-codes and click on continue button, the result returns nothing.

so that we con't add the t-codes to the role in ERM.

Hi Arjunab,

First of all check SP level and note for VIRSARE, we had a lot of problems with SP12

Also you can try to reschedule the background jobs

Org sync job.

Activity Sync job.

Transaction sync job.

Have you upgraded your GRC recently?

If so, did you upload xml files correctly, clicked on Upgrade button?

Unfortunately, I don't know your SP level, check note 1441463.

Hi,

Pls check the user validity which you have maintained in connector ..this happens if user expires in backend system.
