JVM required for Windows Mobile 5.0/PXA270 CPU

Hi All

I need the JVM:CrEme for Windows Mobile 5.0 with CPU-PXA270 Pocket PC.

Tried CrEme downloaded from www.nsicom.com with versions

*CrEme326_AX_CE42_PPC_minimal.cab

*CrEme326_AX_CE30_PPC_minimal.cab

but none of these working for the above mentiond OS/CPU combination.

So, if anybody tried MI2.5 Client installed successfully for Windows Mobile 5.0 Operating system with CPU-PXA270, please guide me abt the version of CrEme and how to get it.

Hi Ragavan

The above mentioned Creme combinations do not support WM 5.0. The Creme verion that is to be used for WM 5.0 along with MI 2.5 is Creme 3.27A and the same would be availiable in the NSIcom website in about a weeks time.

FYI, refer to note 968148 for the official word on Mobile Infrastructure Windows Mobile 5.0 Support.

Thanks for the useful info.

I am trying MI2.5 installation on brand new Pocket Pc which came with Windows Mobile 5.0 which is not a migrated one from Windows Mobile Pocket PC 2003 OS.

The above mentioned note speaks abt performance degradation of upgrading Pocket PC 2003 OS -> Windows Mobile 5.0 OS.

Anyway I need the JVM for Windows Mobile 5.0
