Error in Sales returns in MTO

Dear SAP Gurus,

Please find the below error coming when i am doing Sales returns delivery, here material was maintained in batches in MTO Scenario, so please do the need full at the earliest, so that i will go further. Copy controls settings already done.

Only 0 KG of material xxxxxxx available

Hi,

Generally when we take material return then no need to check availability so disable availability check for item category which is used in delivery.

IMG >> SD >> Basic functions >> Availability check & TR >> Availability check >> Availability check against ATP >> Determine procedure for each delivery Item categories.

EXTRA Information :

you have to option to disable availability check for return schedule line(std. DN).

Important Note : when you doing return for MTO scenarion system will give error

stock type E - special stock can not support for return, then follow the SAP note detail explain why not supporting sapecial stock retun.

To resolve this you can configure diffrent requirement type >> assign requirement class (in class detail remove special stock indicator E)
