Can exteranal number range is possible for Invoice

For invoice type(VOFA) , Can I create external number range ?

so that I can give external number to Invoice .

If yes then How?

Hello ,

In stander sap is not possible ,because it's legal document as well ,some thing happen to that (miss it) it's loss for the company

In this case we need to speak to sap to get it.

Still u need you to use the User Exit. speek to ur ABAPER ,help you out on this.

Hi,

It is very well possible with the user exit

USEREXIT_NUMBER_RANGE (Include RV60AFZZ0) , Also you can add a prefix or suffix to the internal number range.

In standard sap all billing type is having internal range assigned as this will avoid manipulations.
