How to Reverse the Excise duty in customer return process

I am facing the problem of the reverse excise duty in the plant customer return process also depot customer return

process so how to do this cycles please give to me exact solution earliest.

One doubt

Return material from Depot customer how to do Return Material Process Depot to Plant, please tell to me cycles also want reverse excise duty.
