1. What is the uses for Service Level Management in Solman

2. Please recommend the portion of SLM that should be configure for Go Live.

What portion should be configured before go live?

I would recommend that EWA is configured because the remote service delivery team will request this for a Going Live Health Check and also because the EWA reports feed the Service Level reports, and need to run for 4 weeks to build short term history and 12 weeks for mid-term history.
