in SRM 7.0 SP08, we are facing a strange behaviour with respect to the offline approval mails, that are being send out by SAPConnect to the approvers.
Normally, the body of this mail (some wording and a table with some details on the request) looks fine but sometimes, all the text and the table seem to be broken and detached.
Can you think of a reason?
Additionally, strange behaviour is observed regarding the logon link in the mail (with that link, the approver can jump out into the SRM document/shopping cart in order to execute the approval).
On a few ocasions it has been observed, that instead of the word "Logon" in the mail, there is the url link itself, whereas this link is not correct and the approver can not access the SRM document out the email.
