FCC issue with field separator "u00A4"

Hi My source file is like

abc¤123

What should be the field separator?

i have tried putting ¤ , '¤',"¤" ,'0A4' etc... but not working also

its working with ¤ but .. i am getting

<field1>abcÂ<field1>
<field2>123Â<field2>

any idea why its putting an extra Â.??

Hi,

Probably is an encoding problem... try to encode message in UTF-8 in CC before split the file.
