Improper Message Monitor URL in Alert

Hi,

I am using PI 7.1 and have configure Alerts.

Alerts are getting raised properly but the url for subsequent activities is coming as below in the Alert INbox:

http://HMELII-PI-DPI.HMEL.INT:50000/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=*SXI_SHOW_MESSAGE MSGGUID=571DBB104A2011E09F68001B217627BD

This has two problems:

1) the MSGGUID is not a part of the url, instead there is a whitespace between the url and the guid. Thus I can NOT browse to the particular error directly.

2) On clicking the url, it prompts for user name and password but a blank page opens up instead of the message monitor screen.

For the incorrect message monitoring url we've implemented sap note [1549102|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1549102] . We use SAP PI 7.10 SP 11.
