Dear APO Expert,
I maintain Minimum Send-Ahead Quantity in routing as 1 EA and Minimum queue time 12 Min
when i transfer routing to APO with CIF where i can find this value maintained??
I think it will be in PPM but i don't have R3 Linked to APO to test it
Appreciate your Help
Regards
Rami
Hi Rami,
Minimum queue time+minimum move time will come as process related minimum interval in PPM. I think processing time for minimum send ahead ahead quantity will be added to above times.

Santosh

Dear Santosh,
Thanks for your help
I need to maintain it manually , i don't have R3 connected to APO
I have this scenario :-
Operation A
Operation B
Operation B be should start after 1 EA Minimum send ahead quantity , that's mean after 12 Min from starting of operation A , which maintain as Queue time in R3

Rami
Dear Santosh,
This what i did exactly
I have work center start at 07:00:00 & End 15:00:00
Each operation with one activity P duration 8 H
I have this Result as we did like you say
Operation A Start Date 10.3.2011 14:59:59 and End date 11.03.2011 14:59:59
Operation B Start date 11.3.2011 07:00:00 and End Date 11.03.2011 15:00:00
i expect to have this result :
Operation A 11.03.2011 07:00:00
Operation B 11.03.2011 07:12:00
Please advise
Rami
Hi,
Have you maintained start---start relationship between operation 10 and 2o along with maintaining process related time interval?
As results are not showing that?
Second which Scheduling strategy you have used for scheduling the order? As you need to consider order internal relationship in setting of strategy profile.
Regards,
Santosh
Hi Rami,
1.What scheduling mode and submode you are using in scheduling strategy.
2. What is action in case of scheduling error set in scheduling strategy.
3. What results you are are getting scheduling direction backward?
4. Have you checked is there enough space for dependent operation to get scheduled at that point of time if you are working with find slot?
I mean just try to check whether there is some problem in schduling operation to required time?
Regards,
Santosh

End Date : 18.03.2011 07:12:00
Correct me if i'm wrong for my expectation

Hi Rami,
Can you check in strategy profile whether check box use plg-Rel Min interval f.inf.scheduling is checked, if it is checked remove that check box and then try scheduling order.
If results are not coming correctly please give details of finish date and time specified and start date of both operation.
Regards,
Santosh
Dear Santosh,
I remove check box for Use Planning-Related Minimum Interval
The result :-
Start Date Operation A : 17.03.2011 14:59:59 & End 17.03.2011 14:59:59
End Date Operation B : 18.03.2011 07:00:00 & End 18.03.2011 15:00:00
The same Result as before
Regards
Rami
