Dear All,

How can we control the Consignment Fillup Order in sauch a way that if the order quatity is not available in the plant the order should not be delivered and quantity corrected at order level

Hi,

If you create consignment fill up order and material is not available in plant, then system will not confirm quantity,

so even if you try to deliver it system will not allow you it will give erroer massage,

only 0 quantity of material XYZ.

if the material is partially available the system is issuing a warning based on the stock but it is allowing the delivery to be created for the partial quantity

what we need is that if there is a shortage of quantity then the system should not let the delivery to be created.

only complete deliveries should be allowed

Try this -

In the customer master of the consignment customer - go to the Sales Area data - Shipping Tab - check the button for 'Complete delivery required by law' and put C in 'Partial Delivery per item'.

Pls. check if this works. Probably you need to test with a new cycle - i.e. starting from Sales Order.

Although there is a control in the sales order also (under sales tab) - but you would like to probably make it permanent at customer level.
