Sampling Procedure with Percentage Sample

Hi Gurus,

I created a Sampling Procedure with sampling type as Percentage Sample.

valuation mode selected is "Attributive inspection number of defects"

Then i set the indicator " Independent Multiple Samples" in the muliple samples.

Size as % of lot and AccNo. as % were entered.

After creating the sampling procedure when i tried to assign in the inspection plan (QP01) the following message is displayed

"Valuation mode of the sampling procedure does not match the insp.charac."

Message no. QD244

What is type of char/mic you have created !!

"Attributive inspection number of defects" match with the Qualitative char with control indicator as "Record No. of defects" & not Quantitative

change type of MIC to Qualitative

I created the MIC as Quantative and now chaned to qualitative with control indicator Record No. of defects

My problem is sorted out now
