Statistical Fcst background using Process Chain

We use 6 different Stat Fcst profiles for generation of Stat Fcst in background. When I set them up in a Process chain, the 1st job is completed; itu2019s not triggering the next job. As the profile could not able to generate the fcst due to errors like forecast values will be negative or Not possible to carry out the forecast- No historical data etc., The steps goes red and itu2019s not triggering the subsequent job. As we cannot control the errors, how to overcome this problem and execute the jobs in PCH. Any help is appreciated.

Hi,

If these errors are a result of Forecasting, then you can set to ignore them in the forecast profile definition itself.

If these errors are due to KF setting for eg: the KF is not allowed to take negative values, then in the process chain, you can set the link to trigger the next one even if an error occurs. This is achieved by selecting 'always' while creating the link between two processes.
