JSP Mobile Client 7.1 - Best version ?

Hi,

I'm migrating my JSP Mobile App from 7.0 to 7.1

I've tried to install a lot of version of new mobile client but in every

version there are some problem...

Somebody know the actual best version for JSP client from the following?

Hi Alessandro,

the latest SP11 patch works fine for us.

What are your issues?

We found: after reboot all clients loose local instances of data. We had to enter a dedicated commit statement to keep local data.

Hi Oliver,

in my case after the installation of my custom mobile application, the mobile engine doesn't show the link and i cannot access on it.

Any suggestion?

Hi Alessandro,

in fact - several.....

1.) Easiest way to deploy the app: put the JAR file together with the 2 generated XML files into INBOX of your client and restart client. Will show app and works fine. if it does not work - let me know and we search the error

2.) Second possible issue: check in Admin Portal on server if your Basis SWDC is assigned to the device and has a tick. If not you will never see this button, cause app buttons are send by user authorisaiton in basis DO.

Well, number 1 works even without the tick - I guess 2 is the issue, and with 1 it does not matter

after checked the basis SWDC and triggered, I've synchronized the client and

the link now is displayed.
