Create new custom field in SC with SRM 4.0 and set it

Hi experts!

I found information in forums of how to create custom fields form SRM 7.0 but no for SRM 4.0

I need to create a new custom field (flag type) in each item line of a SC, an then I need to set this flag while system is creating a SC, do you now what is function module to do this (develop mode)?

Hi,

Please refer SAP notes 458591 & 672960 for adding a new customer field in SC line item. Also, if you want to make the check box by default to be ticked always, you can write a function module for activating the check box always & call the FM in BBP_DOC_CHECK_BADI.
