General doc not copied in Solution

Hi Gurus

We have created a template project and rollout by using implementation project. Now we have created a Solution and assigning all the process hierarchy to the Solution from template and implementation project.

Its copied all the documents from Project tab of template project. However no documents are copied from General tab.

Is there any reason behind not copying the document from general tab?

Am I missing some setting so that this document not appearing? Regards

I found solution myself agter looking into each tab in Solution directory. Already post the solution as well. Thanks

Hi

Normally the Documents in the Gen. Documentation tab are part of the template in the template project, so this should delivered to subsidiaries, in a Global Rollout.when made an rollout automatically.

but here you mentioned you are assigning from solution f the template project. this might make difference, Can you check this out

I got the solution, once you go to solution directory, we have one option "copy the document". There project document comes as default. Here if required to copy general document then select, document from General document will be copied. Thanks
