Cost Center Changes - Travel Expenses

Hello,

We have a scenario that we need to have the cost center changed for few trips, than the master cost center.

For achieving this the travel request and travel expenses is updated by function module by changing the cost center.

while simulation, we are able to see the new cost center (near the settlement area)

but after posting, if we check in FI, we find that it has posted to the master cost center.

where should be the problem,

We are aware that the following is the priority of posting

1. Changes in trip

2. Infotype 17

3. Infotype 27

4. Cost center from master

Even though there is a change in the trip, the posting happens to the master cost center.

Kindly suggest some ideas.

Can you please check what is the cost assignment done for the trip number in tables PTRV_SCOS and FTPT_REQ_ACCOUNT.

Raise an OSS with SAP. They will send a note regarding this

Not sure what you mean by using a function module to change the cost center, but what I would do is to change a trip manually by changing the cost center in the trip. Then re-post it. If it worked, then maybe you have a problem with the function module.
