Hi,

Why the Activity Quantity field is mandatory on external processing activities of Standard Networks? Is possible to make it optional?

Thanks

I don't see the activity quantity field in this transaction. And no field is set as required.

Thanks

Hi abdul khader,

I'm sorry as I've never used this transaction before.

I Click on "Influencing" Button"

I Double Click on Control Key.

I fill the "Contents" field with the control key of external processing activities, PS02. (nothing changes)

What else?

Thanks

after selecting the control key then enter and check whether any fields are made mandatory that you could turn back to optional. thats all.

tnx.

There is no field checked as mandatory.

I don't get the point of this field being mandatory. It must be some way of making it optional, isn't?

HI,

This control is via standard program & not because of config settings like OPN7.

For any External Processing Activity, system insists for the group of fields "material group / Purchase Group / Cost Element / Quantity & UOM" as mandatory fields so as to be able to create PRQ

Conclusion: There is no standard way of change it.
