Hallo,

Next issue

in the productive system sc after the dismissal of the manager goes back to the purcaser, the purcaser her change and out of the sct once the order is laid without the approval of the manager.

SRM 4.0 , Workflow is n-Step by BADI "BBP_WFL_APPROV_BADI"

in the test system, everything is normal, the sc comes back for approval.

what could be the problem here? that this could influence, Atribute NO_FURTHER_APPROVAL_NEEDED Methode GET_REMAING_APPROVERS or something else?

Hello,

I could not understand exactly what is the issue, but please see my advise:

When the BADI does not return approvers of the current or future approval step, this error might happen. So please put a BP on your Badi implementation and see the agents list that your Badi returns after the manager approve the document. If you return the no_further_approval_needed = X the document approval will be finished. So your BADI on this case need to return approvers>= actual index or future approval steps, otherwise the flag NO_FURTHER_APPROVAL_NEEDED has to be set to 'X' in order to maintain the approval preview integrity.

You can see in the example SAP_LIA_BADI_EXMPL_2 how it should work.
