WBS Budget Report Writer GRR1

Hi Gurus,

I need to release a PS report with Budget Planned, Budget used (effective costs) and residual budget.

I need to write a report, but I don't know how to use CJE0.

I tried to use GRR1 Report Writer with 6* libraries, but I can't visualize budget planned.

I use CJ30 to plan budget, find it in BPJA table with 41 type but I can't use it in GRR1.

can you help me please?

try using 12KST1A in CJE0 , does that not have what you want?

I already Used this library and the report don't visualize the budget.

Did you know a simple way to export this report in Excel? I already know it but I can't find a good way to export in Excel (I wont create 5 files html and then open it with excel).

Hi,

Make your report layout classical, Then you can trasfer it to excel.

Hi G.,

use library 6P3 and on one column you select about Value Type = 41 or 42, so you can display original budget.
