Dear Sap Gurus,

Material stock (m1)is=0, I have raised a sale order number(1)for the material (m1) qty=10 on 8/3/2011, system confirms qty 10 on 10/3/2011 as per RLT settings in the material master.

Now i have raised stock as 20, now the total stock on 8/3/2011 is 20

Again i am raising another sale order number (2)for 10 qty, now the system reserves 10 qty for sale order(1) and it confirms remmaining 10 qty for sale order number(2) on 10/3/2011 as per RLT settings in the material master

I understand for the sale order number(1) while performing avilablity check ther is no stock so system confirms the sale order number(1) on 10/03/2011 as per RLT settings

My doubt is why system cannot confirm the sale order number (2) on 8/3/2011 since stock is there on 8/3/2011. why it is still confirming the stock only on 10/3/2011.

Please clarify gurus.

Check pick,pack time which is assigned in

IMG >> SD >> Basic functions >> Delivery schedule and transportation schedule

Define schedule by shipping point - check how much working hours maintained

Maintain duration - check how much pick, pack time maintained

remove if any maintained also check in material master under MRP tab, how much production time maintained.
