CJ9FS Fiscal Year Variant Issue

Hello All,

I am trying to execute CJ9FS to copy my project planning from version 0 to a plan version. The system keeps coming back with error message: "Posting period 011 is not defined for fiscal year variant A1".

Additionally, I have noticed that under Extras -> Copying Period, I have mentioned years 2010 - 2020, however, the system only seems to have liked years 2013 and 2014 and it changes these years automatically. In the end, however, it still gives the above error and quits. I checked in the CO version definition that my source and target versions are defined exactly the same for years 2010 - 2020. Any help or ideas would be highly appreciated.

SAP came back with a repsonse regarding the fiscal year variant. It was an issue with the way periods were maintaining by FI in the system.

Hello Abdul,

Thanks for the reply. I looked at those notes, but they are basically explaining the behavior of CJ9FS, but I couldn't find a solution to my problem. Any more ideas?
